Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you found it a lovely and relaxing spot, there’s nothing quite like soaking in warm pools on a cold day. It’s great to hear the temperatures felt just right for you and that you enjoyed our location as well. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
The pass is for a day so good value. "Seniors" are over 60s, which was great too. Usually 65! There is a nice cafe, plenty of sun beds around, and of course all the pools. The water was lovely, but be careful of slipping as you walk between the pools. I saved 6 big bumble bees from drowning while I was there, so that was a sad reality of "blue" pools. The changing facilities are great too, good showers etc. For disabled, you can drive right up to the door which is handy, no need to walk the stairs. Nice views from up there too. A great way to spend a half day. I loved it.
Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review — we’re really glad to hear you had such an enjoyable and relaxing visit. It’s great to know you found the day pass good value and appreciated the facilities, from the café and sunbeds to the changing areas and accessibility. We’re especially pleased the views and overall experience made it such a memorable half day for you. We do take safety seriously, and your note about being careful between pools is appreciated. We’re always working to improve this for our guests. And rescuing those bumblebees… that’s genuinely kind of you. Thanks again for sharing your experience, and we’d love to welcome you back another time.
Amazing and relaxing hot pools in a beautiful town. The experience from check-in to check-out was simple. Great cafe food, too.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are glad you got to enjoy our pools and cafe and the team will be delighted to know that the service you received from start to finish was excellent. We hope to see you again in the future.
Thank you for your awesome feedback! We’re so glad you were able to come back and enjoy the full experience, especially with the top pool reopened. It looks like you struck some beautiful weather on your second visit too — those views really are something special on a clear day. We really appreciate you returning to see us again and hope to welcome you back for another visit soon.

Tekapo hot springs
Beautifully clean heated pools with great bathroom facilities which supplied nice flowing soap, shampoo and conditioner. Something we didn't know was that you can leave the pool premises with your wristband and return later, so basically the entry fee could cover a whole day. The views from the pools are beautiful whatever the time of year! The only downside is the expensive entry fee, although bookme did provide us with a small saving. Perhaps that makes it peaceful as there were very few people using the pools when we were there. I'm not sure that the pools are natural hot springs.
