Great massage

Swedish massage
Not a relaxing experience. My therapist had extremely long nails and scratched me with them multiple times. Massage therapists should not have long nails! Despite me telling her of my discomfort it continued for the whole hour! I was tense the whole time and couldn't wait for it to be over. Also the whole thing was a bit impersonal.. no names or introductions and didn't actually see the person putting their hands on me! Big improvements needed here! Complete waste of money!!!

Massage
The massage was fabulous. Great technique and very relaxing. My massage was at 9am so the “hot towels” were still cold and the room was freezing which made the massage not as enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and kind.
