Did the scenic flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound with Milford Scenic Flights and then the cruise with Mitre Peak Cruises and honestly it was fucking epic.
The views on the flight in and out were unreal. Snow capped peaks, huge valleys and scenery that looked straight out of a postcard the entire way. Michael was our pilot and he was awesome, pointing out landmarks and making the whole experience feel relaxed and easy.
The Milford Sound cruise was next level. Smaller boat, not packed with people, plenty of room to move around and take it all in. Got right up close to waterfalls, seals on the rocks and those insane cliffs rising straight out of the water.
Everything ran smoothly and the staff were great from start to finish.
If you’re in Queenstown do Milford this way.
Worth every dollar.
