Offering a unique perspective of life with the birds high in the ancient Rimu and Kamahi tree canopy, the canopy walk offers quite simply breathtaking vistas and an insight into canopy eco-systems. Easy access for all to enjoy along a steel platform 20 metres high and over 450 metres long.
This is a totally unique experience in New Zealand and offers the only opportunity to see New Zealand's famous rain forests from the "top down". Come and enjoy a leisurely 45 minute to one hour stroll, listen to the native bird song and take a moment to "hear the quiet"!

Schöner Spaziergang in der Höhe
Der Baumwipfelpfad ist sehr gut gemacht und informativ. Es hat mich beeindruckt auf "Augenhöhe" der Bäume zu sein. Negativ ist der Preis. Ich finde 36 NZD zu teuer für das doch recht kurze Vergnügen.

Anders als erwartet, aber dennoch sehr gut
Der Treetop Walk war sehr interessant und lehrreich, wenn man an den angegebenen Stationen die Broschüre liest. Es war anders als erwartet, da der Pfad zwar zwischen den Baumwipfeln verläuft, aber nicht direkt an die Bäume ranreicht. Leider hatte ich nicht ganz so gutes Wetter und so war die Aussicht, die an einigen Stellen angepriesen wird, nicht so doll, aber der Walk ansich hat mir gut gefallen.

Sehr schön aber etwas zu teuer
Sehr schöne Aussicht und mit Glück sieht man auch Vögel. Nur ermäßigten Preis zu empfehlen. cafe gut.
