Shona Clifford said... We enjoyed out visit. However there are a few things to note that we didn't find satisfactory. The attitude and information from the receptionist when we arrived. Apparently when we were waiting for the private pool to be opened we were given conflicting information on the process from the pool attendant. We were first time visitors to the private pools and felt like we weren't valued at all as customers. It was too much trouble to give us any information at all! The allowing of swimmers to jump into the pool areas even tho they were asked not to. They continued to do so with the pool attendants looking on. Not a good experience to have someone take a running jump into the pool and land near you
